Focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility.It is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. 

WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates exercise that uses a specialized piece of equipment called the Reformer to enhance the workout also adds resistance and support, which allows for a wider motion, more precise movements, and deeper muscle engagement.
